Getting Started

We haven't started the training program yet, but I feel the need to have a goal and a schedule so I am going to give myself a little boost.

My goal is to walk Oliver for 30 minutes every night this week. I will be working a lot over the weekend and dealing with contractors and other complications but I don't want to make any excuses. Weather be damned.

This is my reasonable goal for the week.
